following are the terms and conditions that apply to each transaction

terms and conditions apply to this webpage only and not to any external pages
that can be accessed through links on this site.

Emails issued after completion of an order are not an acceptance of the order,
the acceptance is confirmed upon dispatch of the items.

Goods should be inspected upon delivery and if obvious damage has occurred then
do not accept the delivery. Further damages or missing items must be reported within 24hrs of delivery. Refunds or
replacements will not be issued until we have received and inspected returned
goods.

Prices listed are correct at the time of publication and item descriptions and
photos are accurate depictions of the saleable goods. If descriptions are
inaccurate then you will have the opportunity to revise your order upon proof
of mistaken descriptions.

All orders are subject to availability, if for any reason we cannot fulfill an
order with the desired goods we offer a full refund or a replacement product.

Delivery costs are noted at the checkout and apply to UK mainland only. For
remote areas and over seas the delivery costs are subject to change and
delivery may not be available. Please contact us for more details in these
instances.

Delivery must be signed for by persons over eighteen years of age.
7. Payment must be made using the payment options listed on the site. Where we gather such information, we take every precaution to make sure it is held securely. We will not be held responsible for any liability that occurs should this data become publicly available, except in instances where this occurred through our own negligence.
