Emails issued after completion of an order are not an acceptance of the order,
the acceptance is confirmed upon dispatch of the items.

Goods should be inspected upon delivery and if obvious damage has occurred then
do not accept the delivery. Further damages or missing items must be reported within 24hrs of delivery. Refunds or
replacements will not be issued until we have received and inspected returned
goods.

Prices listed are correct at the time of publication and item descriptions and
photos are accurate depictions of the saleable goods. If descriptions are
inaccurate then you will have the opportunity to revise your order upon proof
of mistaken descriptions.

All orders are subject to availability, if for any reason we cannot fulfill an
order with the desired goods we offer a full refund or a replacement product.

remote areas and over seas the delivery costs are subject to change and
